So want a cheap scope which of these two?

I have heard that the optical quality of the better pentax line is up there with a lot of the European stuff. Even their less expensive lines are supposed to have amazing glass for the price. Them and the stuff coming out of that plant are one of the few China made scopes I would try. The problem I find is that I really want to look through one first and feel the turrets/adjustments before I buy and I can't find anyone within driving distance to actually look through one. Still they sound like they are worth their price.
