Academy carries some reloading stuff.

I was at an Academy store in Corpus Christi Texas and was surpised to see they sold some reloading stuff. Primers, bullets, shell holders, and such. Not a very extensive selection but had what I wanted at the time the Hornady 55gr bullets for my ar and some dry lube. They will eventually carry powder but are waiting for the license from the fire department. Hope the ones here in San Antonio follow suit. Maybe I can began to buy small rifle primers for less than 5 cents a primer.

Try the vendors at the SAXET show first weekend every month in San Antonio. I have been seeing primers there for $35-40/1000. Not much powder but quite a few bullets.

Must be nice. The one nearest to me carries only plastic ammo boxes.

I'm am seriously starting to consider opening a small shop seeing as we have a Gouger Mountain and one other place in town that sells components. Then of course there's Larry's if you want to pay $50 for a brick of primers. Really tired of that store.....
