As Klint mentioned, if your scope has a parallax adjustment (which seems likely given the magnification), it could be a factor. How much, I don't know. But others will.
yessir. regardless of what your paralax dial settings say adjust till when you move your head side to side and up and down until the reticle doesnt move. The image of the object should be clear as well. So if you are setting paralax for say 100y and your reticle stops swimming and you look at the paralax knob and it say something like 150y or whatever, dont be concerned. Any good scope the paralax dial can be...zero'd i guess you can say.
