I would like to hear from you guys about rifles that might fit the following specs:

Cal. .204
capable of <.5" groups at 100yds with my reloads
Weight: 9lbs or more, >10lbs with scope (due to a tremor, I don't do well with light-weight rifles)
Bolt action
Target grade trigger
Better than average fit & finish...hate guns that have to be overhauled to run smoothly and look good
Am OK with composite provided it isn't ugly plastic. I have a Bergara and like their composite, but they don't make a .204.
Not looking for a bargain, but would prefer to rermain <$2000

As always appreciate yopur help with this.

My CZ 527 Varminter may fit your bill. Shoots about 1/2” with 39 grain Blitzkings. Isn’t as beautiful as say a Cooper, but it is probably 1/3rd the price. Love the set trigger.

I shot my CZ varmint Ruger last Thursday. It’s my newest rifle and I’m trying to develop loads. I agreed with everything redneck said, but it doesn’t meet the 9# weight requirement. This rifle has been on my wish list for years and I finally stepped up to the plate.

This and this alone if factory if not then cooper it is

I checked into this one, but it is not made in .204. I've considered the Savage Model 25, which I have in 22Hornet. It checks off most of the boxes, but I'll keep looking for now. Thanks for the recommendations.
