Miller sidestepped the collective vs individual issue. That 1939 case is used all the time as a reference by liberals. The case was not settled law regarding collective vs an individual view....If it was, the current court would not have taken the Heller case. The ACLU is lying to us. What a surprise.

The ACLU has been wrong on quite a few issues so why should their opposition to the 2A surprise anyone? I look at it this way, they never were supporting the 2A so its no loss to any of us. We don't need the ACLU, we just need us just like we always have.
