ACOG M150 RCO on SIG

I got a great offer on a 4x32 ACOG sight, but i have not much experience with these sights. My Rifle is a SIG 551 with picatiny rails. Application range will be 100 yards. I already own one Eotech 512 sight, but i dont like it that much because of the high batterie wastage.

M4 has a 14.5 barrel but i have a 16.5 barrel

Will this sight fit for my gun and my needs?
