I can get a lower than market price on a brand new AA Alpha-s, and if I'm gonna, I'd better get one before the election
I have had mixed luck w/ DI AR10's, but like the general format and 308, but also want a lighter rifle, so the piston scaled-down style offered in this package plus the good trigger, seem like a winner. Any experience with the Alpha-s or any of the AA piston 308's?
Are the added features in the Alpha-s worth the extra pound they add to the base rifle's weight? It still comes in around 8.5 lbs, which is a bit less than most AR10's.
Do these rifles require specialized mags? Or can they take the same mags PSA or DPMS AR10's take, like Pmags?
