Brass drift, unless you can find a tool for it. I've seen them and they weren't all that cheap. You'd probably spend half of what you paid for the gun.
Yes, just tap it with a drift and hammer, preferably a brass pin drift. Peen the side of the sight a little if needed to tighten it up. Tap the sight forward to shift impact left, back to shift right. Mine have alignment marks, if yours are somehow off maybe try moving it back to the mark, my sights are right on as set.
