No.
Unlike the Dan Wesson, which was designed from the get-go to allow the owner to switch barrels, most revolver barrels are hand-fitted, and adjusted to fit ONE frame, and semi-permanently installed at the factory.
To remove a standard revolver barrel requires a special frame wrench and a barrel vise setup.
The barrel is turned in a lathe to get the front sight aligned at 12:00 o'clock, and the barrel/cylinder gap, and forcing cone is cut.
Even if you get a barrel fitted, you still need the frame wrench and barrel vise to change them out, and since the barrels are torqued in place, every time you remove and re-install it, the barrel will screw on just a little farther.
Because of this, the front sight and barrel/cylinder gap will quickly be off.
There have been custom revolvers made up to allow switching barrels, but these are custom jobs.
