Aftermarket turrets for my scope on my AR?

I have a Redfield 4-12 scope that I bought 6-7 years ago. It is a great scope for what I do, but it has the traditional hunting style adjustment dials with the dust covers. I've been looking to see if some aftermarket place offers target turrets that can replace the dials on my scope. Does such a thing exist?
Googling hasn't been all that helpful since it keeps pulling up the Redfield Revolution/TAC scopes with the turrets, but mine appears to be a predecessor.

To answer my own question, I called Redfield/Leopold at lunch today and asked. They stated that the scope was not upgradable to turret adjusters. Don't know why, but that is what he said.

I might look into this a little further as time allows .

Thanks for that Jmorris. I did see Kenton come up during some Google searches. Looks promising, a little pricey but not too bad. I'll have to give them a call and talk with them.
