I’ve noticed that when I shoot it in pistols myself.,, the Super Extra seems to be the worst .There 22 lr of different velocities works just fine, It does smell funny though. Think it is the Eley primer,
If you still have the box with lot number(s) it still would not hurt to contact them by e mail. You never know they may be receptive. Nothing to lose.

I've fired and reloaded a ton of Aguila 32 auto. I have more Aguila than Fiocchi and I've never seen that problem with the brass, but most are from the blue boxes. The recent manufacture are red and white boxes. OP, would you please advise the lot number? Also, is Aguila loading their 32 in black plastic inserts now or is that from another brand? 32 auto reloaders know one thing, to recover more than half your brass is a good day. But for the bases to blow out... man I feel for ya.
wow that's not good.
my only experience with aguila is in 30 carbine, and it's been great brass for that.
sent them an email with the pictures and they sent me a claim form to fill out. They seemed very concerned
I sent pics to Aguila and asked they compensate me so we'll see how much of a stand-up company they are.
The only centerfire Aguila I have shot much of was .30 Carbine when it was very hard to find ammo in that caliber. I was shooting in vintage military rifle matches. Shot a lot of Aguila .30 Carbine a few years back, saved my brass, and reloaded some (not much, maybe a couple hundred).
I saw no defects in Aguila .30 Carbine brass like the Aguila .32/7.65 brass BC17A posted.
BC17A: have you taken any of the casings with flashholes and see if what appears to be a disk containing the flashole can be punched out of the case from the bottom out the mouth? I am tempted to believe they tried some cost-cutting measure in making those cases with the flashholes in a separate disk.
OR cases intended for blank cartridges with wide open primer pockets ended up in the bulleted cartridge manufacturing line. It is hard to ep[lain the appearance of those things.
Thanks for the test. Have you reached out to Aguila yet? I'd like to know if this is a manufacturing decision or faulty annealing.
Received this response from Aguila:
"Good Morning,
Thank you for contacting us on this matter. We have not changed the way we manufacture our casings. The case on the right appears to have been reloaded several times causing this deformation. Although we appreciate your liking of our casing, we do not recommend reloading our brass.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Hope you have a wonderful day."
Standard response from a manufacturer but at least they haven't changed manufacturing. Let's hope its a bad batch.
