I ordered some of their Colibri, Super Colibri and 60gr Sniper Subsonic SSS ammo and received it today- this stuff is so stinkin fun!

tried all the rounds out in my AA .22 Glock kit and a Marlin rifle.

The Colibri is definitely the most quiet out of a pistol, like a cap gun, the Super Colibri sounds like a firecracker, and the SSS round are almost like a regular .22 High Velocity round.

Out of a rifle this stuff is truly amazing! The Super and regular Colibi rounds sound the same, the Super may just be a tad louder, but wow, I think my 450FPS BB gun is louder than both of them, seriously, its like a staple gun.
The SSS rounds out of a riffle are a bit loud compared to the other two, ill user the firecracker analogy again. When you consider how much power the SSS is packing you will again be impressed by the lack of noise output and this stuff PENETRATES!

None of the rounds properly cycle the slide on the AA kit, but I didn't expect them too, I think any auto loader may have a problem with these.

Anyway, all this stuff gets two thumbs up from me!

(all these rounds have the potential to be lethal, so remember, a gun is a gun!)

The SSS round should cycle any semi-auto I would think.
It recoils more then normal .22 LR due to the very heavy bullet.
I won't even shoot it in my older .22's because it so violently pounds the slides.

You may have issues with bullet tumbling at longer range, as normal .22 1/16 rifling twist is too slow to stabilize the long bullet.

I bought some of the Colibri with the thought of doing away with some Starlings that had become pests. While it was quiter than my pellet rifle, it was just so inaccurate that I didn't feel comfortable using it. I shot it out of a rifle that I can regularly get 25 yd groups with open sights that I can cover with a nickel and the Colibri wasn't even close in accuracy.

I used to have a youtube vid comparing the sound of a CCI CB Short and a browning pellet gun, and the CB short was quieter. It was fired from a revolver. I really want to try the sniper sub sonics
From what I have read the Super Colibris are quieter than the CCI CB rounds, just FYI. (they are less powerfull though)

i shoot CB longs out of my pump all the time.....my crossman 760 is louder at 10 pumps....very very quite.....shot a coon in the head at 45y....he never knew what hit him...get you a box and try them..

Hmmmm?

I have shot them in my very early 10/22, a Browning auto rifle, a S&W Model 41, A P22, and a couple of old Colt Woodsman.

They worked fine in all of them, but I thought the recoil slamming the slide back was more then the older pistols might be up too.

I couldn't get any accuracy with the two rifles much past 25 yards due to tumbling bullets.

I think they have plenty of recoil, just an odd design that makes them a bit trickier to chamber for some guns

I like the CBs a lot more than the Colibris. They are more accurate and more powerful. The SSS have worked in my semi auto pistols and rifles. I look forward to trying them for accuracy in a Bushy with a CMMG conversion.

I've found they work fine in the CMMG conversion on my mid-length. No problems with cycling & accuracy is good fired through a 1 in 9 twist!
