Only option is to buy the seperate parts and have it built. Start with a .223 saiga. A polymer folding stock would be $270-$300, hopefully this FSB would work with the saiga barrel, then a longer flash suppressor (or $200 for a SBR), and random compliance parts like FCG, pistol grip, handguards, etc.
