I just bought a new Ak.
I'd like to paint it a different color or go urban camo.
How would I go about doing that?

Id like a red dot, but I forgot the name of the one I wanted
It had a black reticle when it was off and red when it was on

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Garden variety spray paint works fine unless you've overly concerned about being able to get the paint back off without much trouble.

Sounds like the PK-AS. See Tantal's website -- good guy to deal with, and his prices are usually as good or better than you see most everywhere else. Some other places carry them, though, and you can sometimes find them on eBay direct from Belarus.
