AK trigger options

I was curious about the latest triggers on the market for AK.. Its been a few years since I looked. At that time it was basically Red Star, and tapco.

These are good triggers I was just curious about other possibilities. And whether the red star and g2 are still gtg.

Love the G2 in my AK.

Sure there are better AK triggers, but, for the money, it's hard to beat the G2.

It's one of the few things Tapco does very well, IMHO.

I've used the G2 and currently have the RSA adjustable trigger in my 5.45. Personally I like the RSA much better but both are solid options.

Tapco G2 triggers

I had a Tapco G2 trigger in my AK. I did not care for it. It was too light. I put in an Arsenal trigger group. IMO much better.

Never used it, but looks decent.

I have Arsenal and G2 triggers. I like the feel of both, the Arsenal was very rough.

Have a Tapco G2. Actually, I really like it. Best thing Tapco ever made.

The RSA in my Polish underfolder is really pretty excellent- definitive second stage and clean break.

g2 tapco are very nice.

The G2's are light but in my experience are very inconsistent. I've never understood the appeal of wanting a light trigger in an AK. The Arsenal works for me. A very minor polishing improves it sufficiently.

I went with Tapco G2 triggers in my AK rifles. Well satisfied with them all. The Arsenal factory triggers were OK, but heavy and gritty in function and I just did not care for them.
