You boys do realize thats a girl in that video, right?
I had no idea that Officer Dangle was an AK enthusiast.
While he does demonstrate some decent balance, I'm left to wonder what possible advantage could be gained from firing a rifle while standing on one foot.
Like I said, he's a bit older than he looks; I believe he is USN and his MOS is not combat arms (he was on the USS Gary/FFG 51 back in 2008), but I think he's been to more than a couple carbine classes, judging by his AR shooting. The boy in the video link Ben posted seems to have the AK basics down pretty well.

Her next fight is scheduled to be June 12, 2010 at Trump Marina in Atlantic City, NJ followed by the Tuff -N- Uff 135lb. Tournament in Las Vegas, NV on July 02, 2010.
As to the woman in the OP, I dare say she could probably kick the butts of most of us in this thread...
Not sure I see the utility of it, but it looks cool.
Not really a bad thing. Considering our support hand is on the same side as the charging handle we dont have to reach over or under the rifle.Technique differs for lefty's like me.
See Rollover Prone....That said, just because something's hard to do doesn't mean it actually has any level of utility for practical situations.
