Ammo Direct Reloaded Ammunition - Reviews & Opinions please

I am considering trying a case of .40 S&W and .45ACP reloaded ammo from Ammo Direct http://www.ammodirect.com/ Does anyone have any experience in any caliber with their reloaded ammo? I would appreciate any opinions as it really only makes financial sense for me to order by the case which is what I do now with CCI Brass, but the prices are going up. On the other hand I dont want to order poorly manufactured ammo that is going to jam every few rounds, no matter how cheap it is. If it matters, these will be shot out of an HK USP and P2000sk.

I had a friend in college that bought a couple cases from them, I believe in .45 and 9mm. They worked really well, though they were very dirty. After a good deal of rounds (100-200, probably) through his 9mm there was some unburnt powder and residue that would fly off the gun when you fired - not a big deal, but the gun needed a good cleaning afterward.

I'm certain he got some .40 cal for his Glock, but I never shot any. I imagine I'd have heard something if he had problems with it. Last I talked to him he had 10,000+ rounds through his Glock with no problems.

Was that before or after the D8 Cat was dropped on it from 300' while it was being blended with pirranah and drano?

Before. He's having trouble getting the paperwork through for the pirranah.

I bought a quantity of .38 from them maybe 4 years ago. It included several near-squib loads. I contacted them to ask for replacement or return, but I think they wanted me to pay to return the ammo, so I just shot it carefully and didn't order from them again.
