Ammo for S&W .22

I recently picked up the S&W M&P 15 "AR" in .22 LR. I have some CCI and Winchester high velocity rounds that work well in friends' guns. Do you have any additional suggestions? I also have a few boxes of Remington Gold ammo that works nicely in my Marlin 60 and my Ruger Single Six, but I'm a little leery about trying it in the M&P. Thoughts? Thanks.

I have the MP15-22. CCI stuff and everything else I have tried works fine. The Golden bullets will also work, but they are very dirty and will start to jam up within 50 rounds. Don't worry about using them though, nothing will happen to the gun. Just keep the gun clean and it runs great

I've shot one at the range, and the owner uses the Federal bulk in the red box. It seems to work fine and is a little cleaner than the Rem GB for about the same price. I use GB in all my semis and have yet to find one it wouldn't cycle fine.
