some sale.... by the time i paid fer the cheapest box of 9 mm ammo ($9.95) to be shipped it costs $17.95. I can hike to town an buy one an still be ahead for my time.

Cabelas usually has pretty good prices, but the shipping is always the killer as am 3 hours from any of the stores. Free shipping over $99 sounds like a fantastic deal to me, but I already spent this month's quota on reloading supplies.

Yeah I looked and without shipping the Federal Power Shok ammo I wanted was $17.99 or was it $18.99 it was something. Then you have to pay shipping. Wal Mart doesn't have it in stock often but when they do it's $14 a box. I decided to just wait until Wal Mart gets more in.

i live 10 miles from a cabelas and it is sales like this that
bring a smile to my face as i head down to my bench to
roll some more f my own.

flip side though when they give the $10 off of $50 and
$10 free like dec 2nd's coupons--fill in for components i do.

I hate to say it but Cabela's so called sale prices on ammo are nothing to write home about (at least handgun). I even had a coupon good for free shipping on any order.

I was at my local Walmart yesterday AM and bought 500 rds of WWB 45 ACP for $31.97/100.

Unless your desperate or need ammo today don't go to Cabela's.
