From looking around for online ammo this seems to be the best priced and best selection......if you use another online ammo site or know of some you like better or as just as good please list them, Thanks

I've never ordered ammo online but of all the sites it looks the best,i hear some say ammoman and others but from what i seen for online www.ammunitiontogo.com is AWESOME

Plus gets tiresome going to shops and they out or dont carry what you want and try to force what they got on you

I have had good service from both Ammunition to go and ammoman, however, ammoman claims tho have free shipping but the base price tends to be higher so...

Ammunition to go tends to have a better selection.

I buy from ammunitiontogo.com
turn around is a little slow now because they are overwhelmed with orderes
shipping is chepe with them also
I always get exactally what I order.

I just got some 38 Speer gold dot LE ammo 50 rds.,9 mm Federal HST LE ammo 50 rds.,some hornady critical defense loads 25 rds and golden sabers 25 rdsfor my LCP,and got some match 22 lr 500 rds.all for like 12 shipping.

i have ordered from ammotogo and natchezss without problems and would recommend both Natchez has quicker shipping now.

I haven't ordered from them recently, but when I did last year they were prompt with shipment. Prices are a little higher than other dealers, but what they list on their website is almost always what they actually have in stock.

Dont know about shipping cost comparison but natchezss is about $2.50 cheaper per box than ammotogo. It was $3 difference when I ordered mine last week, but natchez went up the next day.
That was for 9mm Blazer Aluminum. Not much difference in price on the SD rounds.

+ 1 for ammunition to go.

They show up here at the local gun shows and have always been very nice and helpful.

And they reply to any emails I've sent recently within a day usually. I think they are probably a little slower than usual due to all the orders they're getting.

My number one reason to buy from them: They haven't tried to cheat me. I asked them if they had RA45T in stock. Instead of trying to tell me that the Ranger STX stuff was the same, they were honest and said they didn't have any in stock at this time. I'll pay a higher price if I feel I can trust the person/company I'm buying from...especially when it comes to online purchases.

I'd love to place an order, but Walmart's rolling back prices. :p

Oh the irony.

If you are just buying WWB at the Wally World, yeah you might get it cheaper because of the shipping costs.

But the Walmarts in Texas I've been to don't carry anything like the STX or other higher end defensive ammo. They also don't carry military-surplus or defensive shotgun ammo. They mainly stock the basic Winchester/Remingtion/Blazer type ammo. And I can't get it in bulk (i.e. 500-1000 rounds) like I can with Ammunitiontogo, which really starts to lower the price even with shipping.

I've also been pleased with Natchez. Their ammo inventory is less than full right now, but if the web-site says they've got it, they've got it, and they ship it immediately. Good operation.

Yeah, Walmart's great for cheap range ammo of common calibers but their selection is extremely limited. They stock 9mm 115gr. WWB at $20/100 so you can get a case of 1000 for $200, which is a steal really. Other than that I would look elsewhere for JHP and other defensive ammo, so ammotogo would come in handy.

ammunitiontogo.com is excellent. Delivery times are longer than ever with the current guns & ammo frenzy. But they're good in terms of price and service.

Friday (12/19/2008) night, I received a case of ammunition that I ordered from ammunitiontogo.com back in early November (11/06/2008). Other than the unavoidable delay in shipping time due to an extreme "backlog" in their shipping department, I am pleased with their service and will use them again. The ammo showed up in excellent condition and even with the shipping it was still a little bit cheaper than what I've been finding around town at the local gun shops.

I've had nothing but great service from ammunitiontogo.com. Last package was a little slow due to lots of orders; but they notified me of this in a n e-mail immediaely after placing the order. Still got the package in about 10-days.

I've ordered several times from ammunitionToGo and they've been great - highly recommend them especially for higher end defense ammo. For what I've ordered from Midway for 20, ATG gives you a box of 50. The only issue I've ever had was at the beginning of the post election rush, they ran outof something I had ordered and so my order was incomplete. Called them that day and they cleared it up by the next day - great pricees, fast shipping and great customer service - I only order ammo from them.

I love these guys, they always get every order of mine right even when its like 9 different calibers. I have experienced ordering from other places and they send me the wrong stuff. I always buy from ammunitiontogo.com now. I get to meet these guys face to face when they come to Houston gun shows too.
