Hello, if anyone here is well versed with amsec safes, please feel free to chime in.
I recently purchased a BFII with the most desirable feature (to me) being that 5/16" plate inner liner. The safe installer popped the anchor caps and showed me how to anchor it down, while he was showing me, I actually noticed the plate steel cutout within the hole. I was curious and decided to measure it. It came out to be around 6mm, a little less than 1/4". Just a little confused and curious, I know the difference isn't a lot between the two measurements, but it still seems kinda chinsy. Unless the floor plate is thinner than the walls? I'm not sure why that would be. Perhaps I'm nitpicking too much. Thanks
