In late May, I ordered some night sights from Brownells. I normally get my merchandise in one week but Memorial Day was in the mix so I didn't start fretting for a few days past one week. The tracking showed the package was delivered by UPS to the local Post Office then "out for delivery". I contacted Brownells via email that the package had not arrived. They sent a replacement order out second day air, no questions asked. That is customer service!
This Friday, June 16, the original package showed up in my mail box, no explanation but it did have a postmark from another town sixty miles away. I have a question in to Brownells about how to handle the merchandise. I'll bet they will send a prepaid sticker for me to return it.
