At this time, $499.99 is the cheapest retail price I have seen for the P365. Fifty dollars higher is more common. And there are still people on waiting lists to buy them so I have seen people and dealers scalping them for $600 and more.
But the popularity has waned a little, or else supply is catching up to demand a bit. I suspect the average street price will settle around $500 eventually and it might sometime be possible to get one on sale for less.
