Another stabbing, where's the outcry?

I just read a news story about two 12 year old girls who stabbed a friend and tried to kill her unsuccessfully. It seems we are seeing a number of stories about knife assaults lately, but where is the liberal media in calling for registration or any kind of restrictions on knives? Seems only fair since they are Hellbent on ridding society of all firearms.

Even the California incident where three people were killed by knife and three were killed by firearms only caused a furor on the evil guns used. Knives got a free pass. Where's the outrage against the crime itself?

Seriously, don't start goofing around with these clowns as they don't need much provoking for their thought process to go right out the window. I like knives as much as I like guns and we don't need a 10 day "cooling off" period, back round checks, one knife a month...

Believe me, after the they get our guns and our mobility (don't believe for a minute they are not moving on that; i.e. Agenda 21, their attack on energy production, etc.), they will go for knives and whatever else they want to demonize next.

Their philosophy can be summed up in one word...CONTROL. The Utopian Vision is always just over the horizon, and when they fail, which will happen daily, YOU will be told that they just need MORE MONEY and MORE GOVERNMENT to fix the problem.

Case in point...I was in Ireland last year and there were constant TV and Radio broadcasts highlighting Government failures and what struck me was that the reporters were actually asking the tough questions (imagine that) and the answers from their Leftist Government Overlords were always the same...MORE MONEY and MORE GOVERNMENT needed to fix the problem.

When the guns are banned, the hoplophobes will go after knives. There are very active knife bans in England. I recall hearing of an electrician going to jail for carrying an electrician knife. Yes it was something used in his trade, but it was a knife. Posters around stating "Bin a knife, save a life". You can google this.

First things first. Gotta get the guns banned first. I remember on an extended vacation in England reading all the local newspapers. They were full of stories of homicide….all by stabbing. I met a local bus driver who kept a sillcock handle in his pocket to use as knuckles for unruly passengers. That's how far things had sunk there…and that was 20 years ago.

We don't do politics or religion because it gets ugly and divides people. We don't like to see people blaming one side or the other for gun control because the simple answer is politicians on both sides have voted to take away gun rights and politicians on both sides have voted to defend gun rights. We need every single republican, Democrat, liberal, conservative, libertarian, buddhist, protestant, catholic, moon worshiper, etc, etc gun owner to stand together if we are to win this battle for our gun rights. A few years ago two Memphis-area residents who grew up in England told me that even ceramic beer mugs were to become banned in pubs (bars) because they are easy to shatter and use as weapons.

That's assuming the classic liberal definition, which is quite different from that which describes the modern progressive liberal. Colloquially, the latter is assumed virtually 100% of the time.
