Antique Stevens Rifle

Good morning everyone! Picked up this antique Steven's "Pocket Rifle / Bicycle rifle" and was looking for some information I couldn't find. The S/N on the rifle is 10196. It has an 18" barrel that is partially hexagon.
1. How old is it ? ( from what I found 1864-1886?)
2. I'm not thinking the scope mounted came original but i think its roughly 1886-1916?
3. Is there an actual model # or just "Pocket rifle"?
4. What's the value of the gun and scope?

I don't know, just want to say it is a fine outfit and lucky for it to have kept its stock and Stevens scope all this time.
