Ya know, I've actually seen chocolate guns before(long, long ago). So...how do you know this is one?

If you can't use logic and reason to see this gun is fake or empty then.....

PS Now that the obvious has been said about the gun being to heavy to hold like that, the mag well being fake, the gun has a large bore (.40 and better are hefty to say the least),and the fact that this picture defies all logic should set off some red flags...I didn't want to be the first to go off topic so now that the topic was broached, GOT MILK?!

I don't. I was just funnin'. I can't see getting worked up over a picture. Now if the kid was chewing on a bass plug with a treble hook I'd be worried.
