Any Danish Oil finished stocks out there?

I have been reading up on oil and varnish finishes for some furniture I am working on. I thought maybe a stock in Danish Oil would feel nice since it is reputed to give wood a glassy feel when you wet sand while applying the finish. I know it won't give a high sheen. If you have pictures of stocks you have finished (any oil finish) please post them!
