And what it is, exactyl? I bought it at a gun show in '95, for $300, just because it had two high capacity clips.
It says "FP9 Cal. 9MM PARABELLUM Made in Hungary" on one side. On the other side, it says "CAI St. Alb. VT." Black with wood on handle.
Bought it for protection. Had a friend test fire it for me, but I've never fired it.
Want to sell it locally, but don't know how much to ask.

Any information would be appreciated. Thank you. :)

Does it look like this?

Hmm

google is your friend.

http://world.guns.ru/handguns/hg130-e.htm Basically it's a browning hi-power clone made in hungary. mostly identical, better blueing, worse steel. the ones that got shot a lot had problems with pins breaking and holes going oval. FEG is out of business now. they used to make a gun 80% as good as the browning for 1/3 the price. the last ones I saw for sale were going for $350. let me rephrase that, they were listed for 350, I don't know if they sold. when they were selling for 250 they were a steal, at 350............

I have never owned one of those, but have shot them and checked them out pretty well. A friend has one he has fired quite a bit (probably 4-5000 rounds without any of the problems greyling mentions, but perhaps their QC varied. I would fire it 200 rounds without a failure before depending on it for home or self defense, though.

Furncliff, Yep, that's exactly what she looks like!
DenaliPark, Greyling, Jim, thank you all for the information!
I think I'll get $300 for her, since she has two clips full of Black Talons.
Thanks, again!
