I have an STI Eagle 6.0 in .45ACP. Love the longslide.

My AMT Automag III in .30 Carbine. 6.5" barrel. Loud as hell and a two foot muzzle blast! Real fun to shoot! Always draws a crowd at the range.

AMT was bought by a company in Texas - High Standard.

They have resurrected the AMT 380, AMT 40, AMT 45, and AMT II lines of pistols. They show the AMT III and AMT IV, but no price. When I called several months back, they said they are planning on making those, but due to their military contracts, it will be a while before they get to those. I told them to take care of the military first...we civilians can wait.

I'm looking forward to getting an AutoMag III and II.

My hope is that High Standard quality will make the AMT pistols better than they were. Many people had perfect AMTs, but there were also enough people with bad AMT experiences that I think it caused a lot of people to not buy one.
