Any Pics of Rock Island compacts customized?

Im contemplating buying a RIA Officers sized ashtray launcher and was just wondering if anyone out there has one that has been customized or bare bones, it don't matter none. Judging by the previous thread, except for Sean Smith, most people tend to like 'em.

Check out the following two web forums:

www.m1911.org and www.1911forum.com

Both have a strong follwoing for RIA pistols. I plan on picking up there new Tactical model when it's released.

The posters who post on these forums regarding RIA's are a GREAT bunch
of people. You will get a TON of info. on the RIA's. They have one hell of a good customer service dept.

RIA Compacts customized

Soutex50 - No problem. Glad I could help. I've been speaking (online) with a lot of the members on the m1911.org forum and they have been wonderful. If you read through a lot of the posts you will see MANY posts by a guy named IVAN and also the President of Armscor who imports the pistols from the Phillipines. They are great guys and have always answered my PM's. I have yet to receive that type of support from any other gun manufacturer and I'm not even a RIA owner yet! I'm waiting to order their Match and Tactical pistols which should be out in the next couple of months.
