I've recently begun reloading 380's and have on hand a couple hundred 100gr Ranier bullets to use up. Since I reload 9mm and thats what I shoot the most of, just for plinking, I would like to simplify things by using 115's in the 380 as well. Again, just for plinking.

I loaded several and test fired them in my Kahr CW380 and they functioned fine.

Any reason not to use 115's?

Nope, not for plinking. There's data for 115s. Not moving very fast, and I wouldn't use them as my first choice for defense loads. But for your intended use they should be fine. I've loaded a few and they worked well.

They function just fine. My problem with them is that they have to be seated carefully in the case or it gets a wrinkle. I've also loaded 124gr bullets with similar issues.

They are heavy for the caliber, with limited data, but there is no reason a safe load couldn't be worked up.
