Sorry it took so long. I had to shop for a counter-top and that was an all day affair. Found my notes and here's what I wrote as instructions for the Sig P230 (sorry, it's all I got):
To disassemble the frame, begin with the take-down lever. Note the flat end of the take-down lever. The stop has two indents which engage the slide stop pin. Turn the take down lever to 135 degrees and pull it out. You many need to use a brass punch to start it out. Once the take down lever is remove, the slide stop comes out next. The slide stop plunger and spring follow. Reassembly begins with the slide stop spring and plunger. You may have to use foreceps to install them. Drop in the slide stop and use a punch as a slave pin. Push in the lever while the lever is horizontal (this is the most difficult part of the disassembly and reassembly).
Remove the decocking lever spring. It does not matter whether the hammer is cocked or not to do this. Then, remove the trigger bar spring. The coil is towards the top. The trigger bar tab engages the double action notch and operates the safety lever. Note: the safety lever pivots on the trigger pivot pin.
Now, with the hammer in the forward position, push the sear forward to disengage the sear. The hammer should go forward and be vertical with the frame. This takes the maximum tension off the mainspring and makes the mainspring easier to remove. Hold the pistol in the weak hand with the muzzle facing towards the ground. Your middle finger goes through the frame, index finger on the mainspring and thumb on the magazine release. With the thumb, push the magazine release down and swing it towards the rear to remove it. Note how the rear arm of the strut engages the rear pin of the hammer. That is the correct position.
Remove the trigger pviot pin from left to right. Note how left side has the head. The purpose of the head on that pin is to hold the slide secure and secure the pin to the frame.
Placing the frame with its right side down and the decocking lever facing the ceiling (left side up), operate the decocking lever and hold down (hammer forward at this point). Now, remove the hammer pivot pin. Pull the hammer to the rear, not top, but to the rear to remove it. NNote the position of the safety lever. With a small screwdriver, pry the decocking lever up but not out. Rest it against the side of the frame. This detensions the decocking lever. To reinstall, push the sear forward and push the decocking lever in. Lift the disconnector out. The sear assembly drops out from the rear of the gun. Note how the sear shaft must be flush from left to right for removal or insertion. Also note how the flat end of the sear spring lays against the slot on the sear. The bent end of the spring grabs onto the frame.
To Reassemble:
Install the sear assembly. Drop in the decocker and drop in the hammer from behind. The hammer must be reclined. Put in the safety lever. Now, install the hammer pivot pin. Put in the decocking lever spring, trigger and trigger pivot pin. The trigger bar and trigger bar spring follows. Slide the catch lever spring and then the catch lever in. Replace the grips. Done.
