Any update on the Texas v. ATF Silencer case?

I haven't seen anything on this case in at least a month or so. Last I saw it seemed to be leaning towards an ATF defeat and the potential removal of silencers from the NFA. Anybody hear anything recently?

The Cargill v Garland case is about bump stocks. I have not seen any recent updates on the Texas v ATF lawsuit concerning suppressors.

and the potential removal of silencers from the NFA....

The Hearing Protection Act will take care of this.
