Anybody have any experience with Wolf bullets?

For loading blasting/plinking ammo where accuracy is not a requirement (Plinking at a 16" steel plate at 100 yards, shooting soda cans at 25 yards, etc.), these would be perfect.

I have not used their nullets but have shot their ammo and boatload of their primers. The bullets look fine for range "work" I would try the 1,000 round box and see how they work.

I bought a bunch of Armscorp bullets in different calibers and it's fine,

From the now sold Widners:( So I knew if there was an issue I could return them.

Rule 3 How did the LP primers perform, Bought some at the local GS.$18.00-- thou. Just wondering.

I'd love to hear how they perform at that price.
I Googled some posts on a different forum on this subject. Guy loaded up 1 load with 3 different powders, and got 2.5in groups from an ar with 1in9 twist, and 1.5 inch out of a contender with 1in12.
For a nickel a piece, I ordered 4k as panic/shtf stock after seeing his pics. Keep in mind, no ladder load was done....he just picked a charge for all 3 powders that he knew worked in his guns with different 55gr projectiles.

A nickel each is an amazing price! That's like 1990s pricing! Wolf couldn't be any worse for plinking than bulk Winchester we used to shoot back then for a nickel.

And by the way, Wolf primers at $18/1,000 street price is also 1990s pricing. I know that metal prices have crashed recently and I guess the Russian ruble must be really weak right now.

Brownell's has Wolf small pistol magnum primers on sale today for $99.00 /5000.

BUT, if you add the hazmat charge, and the shipping, they get right back up there with the LGS prices.

There is a big thread on the Wolf bullets over on ARF. The general consensus is good bullets but not as good as Hornady bulk. The thread should be easy to find.

Those Winchesters were pretty bad. Cheap, but bad. These are probably better. Folks will know soon enough.

I've probably still got 2 or 3 thousand of those Winchester "M-193" rejects that I never even bothered to load.

The bases look like chunks of old lead pipe were hammered into the jackets by a drunk with a piece of rusty rebar and a hatchet.

Two and a half to three inch groups at 50 yards (from a "Super 14" Contender that could put 52 grain Sierra's into an inch and a quarter at 100) was about the best they'd do.

Steelwoker _______As posted earlier, at the local GS here in S.C. Also Autocomp for $15.00 a Lb. in a sealed container.
