Anyone EDC a 44 mag?

I like to carry a .4 + revolver when I am in the field. Last summer I spent a few weeks in MT and WY and carried my Ruger Super Alaskan daily in a Simply Rugged sourdough. It was very comfortable and rode well on the hip in conjunction with a sturdy belt. I am hopefully leaving the city soon for higher altitudes and more opportunities to pack a .44 or .45 Colt.

S&W M69 with top/'hot' 44Spcl loads put up in 44Mag brass. For the performance, a pussycat.

Don't think I'd ever shoot full-power 44Mag in it. Would probably be a flame thrower with its 2-3/4" barrel.

There was a homicide detective in San Francisco that EDC'ed a 6.5" S&W Model 29 back in the 1970s. Or thats what I heard anyway, so it must be true
