Don't worry, they put everything out for people to see on their website. That means they're not doing anything wrong.

I am quite sure every Cherokee is aware the Federal Government always has their best interests at heart.
According to my family's oral history we are part Cherokee. My sisters had DNA testing done. Their test results are wildly different & one company keeps changing the results. I think I trust the oral history more.

No, he doesn't. A great many people in the gun community, including many reputable figures, are concerned over this. Why should I believe that this guy is the one true voice in a sea of many?

Maybe you need to go actually read the Constitution again. The Constitution only provides for a census to be taken, it doesn't create the census bureau. The Constitution leaves a lot to the discretion of the legislature and the executive branch. It doesn't spell out every last little thing. There doesn't have to be a constitutional amendment adding to their duties and Powers.
