My wife was kind enough to get me a new Browning A-Bolt in .270 Win. And topped it off with a Leupold VX-II

Wow, I envy you guys! All I got was a box of condoms & a pack of underwear. They were all too small.

Mini 14 stainless steel ranch, wood stock

Tasco 3x9x40 stainless steel

harris bipod

hogue overmolded stock

a new case

10 10 round mags

muzzle brake

accuglass and bedding video

trigger job

sling and shell holder

im glad im picking up a Mini now. Next year they might be illeagal in the People's Republik of California. I think Comrade Davis is pushing for all semi-auto .223's to be banned, after the DC incidents.

The good folks at Bushmaster are shipping my NM 20" A3 upper out tomorrow, and it should get here about the same time as the completed Bushy lower I'm waiting on my FFL to take delivery of.

I picked up the first part of my Christmas present on the 23rd, a Chinese SKS in great condition.

Matching serial number, incredible wood, metal in very good condition, and the bbl is in very good shape. Looks like someone was setting this one up as a collection piece, since it is in such good shape. Doesn't even look like anyone had ever fired it.

Ofcourse, i think if anyone did fire it without inspecting it, it probably would have slam fired non stop, considering that the bolt was pack with new grease (lightyellowish), and the firing pin would barely move with all the grease inside. I soaked the bolt in solvent for an hour or so, and got it to be nice and smooth again.

The second part of my present is 500 rounds of ammo and stripper clips, and we will be ordering those tommarow. :D

Now i just need to find a place to go shoot.

I bought myself a birch stock M1A for Xmas. Of course, I'm going to have to sell my DPMS AR to absorb some cost of it.

I guess the birch stock is not as desireable as a walnut, but I think it's pretty.

I have a Savage 10FP in the mail due to arrive at my FFL on Jan 2. I already have a BSA 4-16 MilDot waiting for it. Now if I only get some nice weather before I have to go back to work :(

My dad gave me a rilfe he picked up from a friend. Its from Sears, back in they day when they sold guns, a JC Higgins 51L in 30-06. Apparently this is an HVA product. It seems in pretty good shape since he refinished the stock--hope to try it out this weekend!

Thanks SantaDad

Bought myself my own Christmas gift a few weeks ago. Couldn't pass it up. It's a Colt Match Target Lightweight. 16 inch barrel, red dot sight, 5 mags, carrying case with 5 mag holders on case. Brand new weapon never fired bought from an individual. An Army SF buddy and I dialed her in last weekend. What a tack driver!!!! I absolutely love it. MERRY CHRISTMAS to me!!!!!!

It's more accurate through the irons or the red dot than my Browning .22. Would highly recommend one to anyone that doesn't have one yet. And BTW the 16 inch is more than enough for anything I'll ever need it for. :D

M1 Carbine. Inland. Nice stock, decent finish. Good gun. Goes with the Kabar in D2 tool steel and SOE thigh holster I also got. It was a tactical Christmas. Life is good. Now if I can just get orders to the sandbox before the war kicks off..... S/F...Ken M

We're not having our Christmas til this morning for logistical reasons. I already know I'm getting an M48 Mauser since I'm the one who had to order it. I also plan on getting a Garand to celebrate graduating PLDC in January or Febuary.

Well...I got a Bushmaster XM15 - M4 type carbine :D

My wife...she so sweet! Kudo's to me for having to work her into the mood to accomplish such a feat. ;)

Wow just picked up the pre 64 Mod 70 "westerner" 264 win mag with unertl Vulture 10x scope with 3 dots of smallersizes looks spaced for long distance. I got this and a .358 Norma Mag with 4x unertl post in an estate sale a week ago. They look good. I gave away 4 guns to 4 sons for Christmas worth $4000. Took daughter and granddaughters to 2 days in Disney land for Christmas. Wife said I deserved $1000 in new guns for Christmas, well I guess she wasn't countin the 629 Mountain Gun I got last week as last Kali handgun before 2003 fiasco.:)

Yup, Santa got me a 1919 M96 Swede, didn't make it for Xmas, but I should pick it up Friday or next Monday....!! :D

I guess santa's helpers went on strike, all I got was peices an parts :(

Ok so its actually a kit for a .54 percussion Lyman Great Plains Rifle. :D Can't wait to get started.

I got two.
Of course I bought them myself.
My dog just couldn't find time in his day to buy me anything.
I returned the favor to him.

I got an AR15 SP1 circa 1968 and a Colt Lightweight Sporter AR15 in 9mm Nato which was manufactured in 1978 but was new in the box in Dec. 2002. Worked a 48 hour shift for the last two days and a 24 hour shift tomorrow to pay for them. I shot the 9mm today. Didn't shoot for crap. Hopefully some better handloads will help that. The aftermarket mags that I bought in anticipation of this event also wouldn't feed a single round. Maybe longer roundnosed bullets will solve that problem but I am not holding my breath. The SP1 runs great thankfully.
