No matter how much I adjust the decapping die down, the primer will "hang" and get wedged into the drop tube. Usually a little shake of the shell plate will release the primer letting me complete the down stroke. The shell plate isn't advancing forward prematurely so I know it's not that. It's happening like 1 out of every 5 cases or so. It's the one last hang-up I've had with this press before I can really start cranking stuff out.
