I'd like to order some bullets from Montana Bullet and would like to inquire if others in the Phoenix area wanted to go in on an order. There are significant savings going bulk but it is much more than I will be able to load and shoot.

Here are the products I am interested in:

Montana Bullets are competition bullets with a reputation for accuracy. They are on the hard side with high zinc brass jackets (which gives the characteristic gold color). They were not designed for defense and there have been lots of comments about them not expanding at 9mm/.40/.45 velocities but they happen to expand very well at 10mm velocities according to several sources on line including our very own chopinblock. I intend to load them primarily for target shooting and plinking. but as I do most of my 10 and 45 shooting from pistol caliber carbines I might be pleasantly surprised.

Constrictor, I wish I had the time to shoot 5000-7500 round per cal on a routine basis!

that's group buy? I buy 2-3 of those cases at a time myself.
You must have a 650 or a Ammo plant. It would take me a year to load that on my single stage lnl.

Arizona_Mike: I would go in with you in a heartbeat if you were in the Midwest. I think the shipping would flush the bulk savings.

Don't know what they weigh per 1K but shipping through USPS using medium flat rate boxes is pretty cheap and you can ship up to 70#. Just make darned sure you package it up really good, inside and out. Shipping tape, and cardboard are your friends.

Even the small FRB's can be up to 70#, if it fits it ships.
