Anyone seeing 30/30 ammo at their local Wal-marts ?

All the places that sell ammo in Sioux Falls, SD (wal-mart, lgs, sporting goods) are stocked full on everything but .22 lr.

My local Walmart has a good selection of just about everything in center fire, with lots of Win, Rem and Fed 30-30 in both 150 & 170. the only rimfire they have is the new .17wsm. Like a lot of people, what I'm looking for is .22lr. sadly No joy.

No sir. Not in eastern NC. but the shelves are a bit more stocked than they used to be. Higher end rifle ammo and self defense handgun ammo mostly.

Also in Eastern NC, and that's about right. I've seen plenty of .308 and 30-06, as well as some .223 and .243. A little .270. But that's it. The local gun shops don't have any .30-30 either.

I was in a little store in town today, he must have has 10 - 12 boxes of .30-30, Remington.

I live in Central Oregon and 30-30 has been scarce for a long time. It is just now finally starting to trickle in to some Bi Marts and Walmarts here. Which is another good reason to be able to handload your own stuff.

I refuse to shop there due to their business practices and so to answer your question, no I havent seen any 30-30 ammo there. Do some research.

Saw about six boxes last week of 150 and 170 gr. Core-lokts and our WalMart here in west Houston. $15.00 and change. Cabinet was getting pretty well stocked with pistol and rifle "fightin calibers" but after the most recent Ft. Hood incident that side of the cabinets kinda got selection skinny.
