4064 -- why such a fast powder? With that bullet, and a 24" barrel, you'd probably get higher velocities and lower pressure if you used something a little slower, like RL-17, 4350, or H414.
Thanks for the input guy! Do these barnes bullets perform at high pressures than lets say an accubond or Hornady HPBT? Hodgdons data for 4064 and the Hornady 168 says that 50.8 gr will provide 2850 and 57,900 psi at max. Ive always used gilding metal/lead core HPBT's, if these TTSX's create 6000+ psi more pressure ill stick with the more conventional. I thought these provided less pressure, what an eye opener.
