Applied for CPL Yesterday

Well, the wife and I went down to the county clerk, and applied for our Michigan CPL (Concealed Pistol License for you non-michiganders) yesterday

Now we just have to have our fingerprints taken (would you believe that the local PD only does fingerprinting by appointment? I didn't lol) and wait to see what the county gun board has to say.

Hey there, I'd have sent you an email already, but my internet connection at home has been flaky the last couple of days. Hopefully Time Warner's guy will be able to fix it today, when he comes out We definitely need to hit the range again I'll try and send an email tonight, if my connection is back up when I get home.

Oh, and what was that Sig of yours that Jill liked so much? It was a 239 right? I'm gonna buy her one as a gift I think, and surprise her with it. I'm thinking maybe for our Anniversary in September.

Mine is a Sig 239 in 9mm. I reccomend you take a look at the Sig 239 DAK model as well. The DAK trigger is a double-action only trigger system so every shot has has the same trigger pull. The nice thing is the K trigger pull is lighter then most other double-action only triggers. It's pretty nice. Ask around at the gun shops and you should be able to find one to try.
