Thanks for setting me at ease RealGun. I really appreciate that.
They are definitely out of the mix for this experiment tho and stacked with my regular various .357 target loads now.
Now I will load up some Clays 4.3 and then 5.2 Unique as a 38 spl load in .357 cases as 243winxb posted.
There are some very familiar names in this thread that I trust very much with handloading knowledge.
PS: Sorry, I only have less than 3/4 lb of WST left 1KPerDay. It will get used.

I've used loads with Unique in the range listed with 158 gr lead bullets in 357 for years with good results.

Someone mentioned slower powders as "more appropriate" in 357. That's correct if you're looking for maximum velocity. You're not as you stated. That's the beauty of rolling your own. You can load pipsqueak loads to rhino rollers or anything in between.

I am done for now. I plan to loosen up with the first 50 of 100 Trail Boss 4.0 gr.
then shoot 50 of each at a couple distances that I can hit on several different targets.
Then I have these .357 cases with 158 gr hard cast RNFP

50 Trail Boss 4.0 gr
50 HP38 4.8 gr
50 WST 3.7 gr
50 Unique 5.2 gr
50 Clays 4.3 gr.

( Not in this experiment ... the 100 Unique 6.2 gr. I loaded ) obviously from what I have learned.
I post this stuff sometimes for my own reference, I will follow up with labeled target pics and what revolver(s) were used.
