Totally random question: is there any advantage to the "teardrop" forward assist button over the round, besides aesthetics?
I got the teardrop on my "retro" Dissy upper, just to look cool with my 3-prong flash suppressor, but I don't know if there are any practical advantages to that type.
Several manufacturers offer them, so presumably there is some demand, but why?
