avoid the general discussion area on ARFCOM
It is hilarious some of it though,
avoid the general discussion area on ARFCOM
I think both forums have far too much vendor influence and that a fair share of the vendors in the ar15 business are not the kind of people I like to do business with. I like to get my ar15 info here as much as possible. Its much better when the guys selling stuff aren't the ones pulling the strings.
I tried to sign up at arfcom -But they would not accept my E-mail [email protected] as an e-mail they wanted something like outlook express -I wrote to them asking why and recieved the most stupid condecending arrogant answer I have ever gotten..
Im Happy they refused my application!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hear they are BAN crazy also--
Sounds like a bunch of trap shooters with Benellies and perazzies -Talking down the guy with a mossburg
I won't go dragging any names through the mud without having links to the specific examples I've read but my experience has been that neither board tolerates much negative criticism of their sponsors, even when well deserved. You'll also notice that at least 1 vendor is no longer welcome on 1 site (and I think for good reason) and is a frequent poster to the other. You'll have to make your own call but the ar vendors seem very cut throat and I believe they run both forums because they pay. Ymmv.Could you elaborate more?
And ultimately, who isn't?the naked prophet said:there is a lot of... drama which can keep you entertained when you have time to kill (especially if you are entertained by the stupidity of others).
ARFCOM to me has always been full of kids, airsofters and general weekend, dirt shooting commandos. Are their good, knowledgeable members on there? Sure are. The problem is that there are 10,000 idiots drowning out the good posts.
It is not The High Road
Nope AFRCOM'ers don't like us at all,
