ar15 to AUG conversion

is that all I need? does that act as a lower? does it need to be sent to FFL?
Do i just snap on a complete upper and I am ready to go?

It is all you need to modify an AUG to take AR mags....

whoops, i thought you just snap on an ar15 upper to this and you get a frankenstein AUG.

There's be a lot more to do to make an AR15 into a bullpup than just that thing.

Due to the arrangement of the return spring, AR-15s can't be bullpups, excepting ZM weapons uppers and the like. It appears that there is some development along that line of thinking:

And yes, this is a stock to allow the AUG to accept AR-15 magazines; my understanding is that the magazine locks into the plastic stock part of the gun, into which the receiver proper is buried. The TPD AXR US made AUG-clone will be built on a similar stock.
