Are there any California-legal adequate-capacity AK magazines?

I'm not sure if their AWB permits one to purchase 10+ round magazines manufactured before a certain date.

Mandatory disclaimer: I AM NOT LOOKING TO BREAK THE LAW. I AM ASKING IF SOMETHING IS LEGAL.

Read the disclaimed a few more times.

I'm looking for a gift for a friend.

If they DO exist, I assume you'd have to buy them private-party, I doubt anyone stocks them. Anyone know where I might find one of these unicorns?

Short answer: no. You are not allowed to transfer >10 round magazines period. The only people who can have them are those who did before the "drop dead" date.

Yeah California does not operate that way. New York does though.

In CA if you didn't already own them by 2000 then they are illegal.

The world "liberal" is rooted in the word "liberty". Liberals, being liberal, have decided that what goes on in the bedroom/oval office of two consenting adults is none of our business. To say that it's okay for two men to be together in a bedroom, but maybe not a white man and a black man, most liberals would agree is wrong. I cannot, in good conscience, say that the aforementioned example is fine, but not, say, cleaning a rifle or pistol. I have already acknowledged that it is none of my business what is in your bedroom, be it an unconventional relationship or an unconventional firearm.

As an extension of this, it's also none of my business what's in your pants or under your coat. Therefore, concealed carry and firearm ownership are liberal values, because they are necessarily permissive.

I respect everyone else's opinions.

Why don't true liberals support gun control?

gun control is not a liberal or a conserveative issuse... its a dem/ GOP issue.

dems are not true liberals, just like GOPs are not conservatives.
