MOS: 05C.60......HF/RTTY team chief. '63 thru '65...........And every veterans day I remember my CO: Captain Christopher J. Miller, killed in action, Vietnam...1966 RIP.

I served in the Peace Corps

Should that not count in your poll? I am proud of my service.

For what it's worth, I would have been the first to join the military (hell, I'd join now at 40!) if our boys were defending our border, just like the constitution demands. I do not however, support our military intervention in the affairs of other nations and certainly not to ensure the free flow of natural resources from within the borders of other sovereign countries.

Camp Pendeleton Naval Hospital
GITMO for the Haitian vacation 92 tour

Former Marine here. 0311, then got picked for the MCSF Company at NSB Bangor. This was back in the late 80's - early 90's. In essence, I guarded the only refit facility in the world (at the time) for the Trident Nuclear Submarine and her weapons systems. They've since commissioned NSB Kingsbay.
