Armed Santa Claus causes outrage! Monica is furious! Kids might get the idea that guns are OK!

Rumor has it that Santa Claus was arrested by Turlock police officers shortly after the incident for carrying a handgun concealed by cardboard without a valid California Concealed Carry Weapons permit. The prosecuting attorney is requesting the Santa be held without bail, claiming that he is a flight risk, especially around the Christmas Eve time frame.

This is about the most sickening example of one person having so little to occupy their time that they simply MUST stick their meddling nose in other people's business. A cardboard cutout of a gun is dangerous? COME ON.

It's people like that woman that really make me sick. Hopefully something happens to her and each and every one of her supporters that makes them change their mind about the 2nd Amendment and what it means to self defense. All it takes is one person who won't take no for an answer. (ie: a "Gimme yer wallet!" situation)

Funny funny! I guess it's ok to look up to athletes who gamble, womanize, and do drugs but it's not ok to have Santa to wear a 10 gallon and strap on a revolver. Mustn't have been enough death and destruction on the day of the story.

I like the cowboy santa. If you read the news story, the manager of the tree farm says that cowboy santa has been out there every Christmas for 30 years. Reminds me of my buddy's wife who got my son's bedroom when visiting us, made me take my son's cricket 22 off the wall. My son told her the gun is not alive and can't hurt anybody. he was 10 and smarter than her

What I don't understand is why did anyone pay any attention to her. Especially the tree lot. Is Monica really going to make or break them? Maybe the tree lot folks need to talk to the Starbucks folks.
