Armor test: 10mm Extreme Defense vs CATI IIIA soft panel

This one was fun because I really had no idea how it would turn out. The Underwood loaded Lehigh 115 gr Extreme Defense produces about 1,600 fps, which is pretty respectable, but not exactly ludicrous speed. The nose profile has very little surface area, though, and I thought that might help. What do you think?

With this round getting through both the soft armor AND the gelatin, what is the likelihood of "over-penetration"??

JTHunter, penetration is less than 18" in other calibers. I'll gel test it sometime soon.

More examples of shooting this round in gel and in a variety of set ups would be useful. Especially with longer blocks of gel. Bluntly, more experiments and results, shown or described would be useful.
